About TueVis

TueVis is a central resource for bio-visualization software for researchers in bioinformatics and biology developed by members of the Institute for Bioinformatics and Medical Informatics (IBMI) at the University of Tuebingen. This resource is currently under construction and will update regularly. Visualizations for multi-omics data analysis, network visualizations and a comparative GO Term visualization will soon be provided.
